To this day, I’ve not visited Mr. Grant’s office, but have been a customer for one year. He and his entire staff are overly accommodating. My policy was written after a hurricane and all of his staff were working from home. A year later, they have accommodated me during another crisis (COVID-19 Pandemic) and another move while working from home. Mr. Grant, his agents and office staff ARE AWESOME!!! "I have a life insurance policy with State Farm at this office. Today I stopped by to increase the amount and Morgan greeted me the moment I walked through the door. I told her why I was there and she assisted me as I made decisions about my policy. If I didn’t understand a question on the application she explained it to me so I could make the best decision for myself. I also had questions for her and she was able to answer my questions with ease. Joseph Grant stopped by and he remembered me from a previous visit to the office. He asked about my job and husband. Before I left he provided me with a box of sharpened pencils which is great for this public high school teacher.
